Key Personnel

Kirk is a founding principal providing valuable managerial and design expertise.  He has varied experience in the structural design of commercial, industrial and special structures, including masonry, concrete, steel, pre-stressed concrete, composite, and timber design.  He has a strong background in multi-sited prototype projects.  He has dealt extensively with snow, seismic and high wind loading and detailing, with knowledge of a wide range of structural modeling, analysis and design software.  Kirk takes a hands-on approach not only during project design, but during construction, effectively communicating with the architect and builder to obtain timely and efficient solutions.  Kirk’s positive attitude, honesty, personal commitment, and outstanding communication skills assure successful project completion.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University.  He is registered as a Professional Engineer in multiple states.
